What about family trips with kids to Key West?
Kids are fine down in Key West or any of the other islands on the way down. Just do not go to the crazy events where the topless sexy ladies come out.

Great Area for Baby Stimulation
There is plenty of mental stimulation as you walk around. Infants can get so much out of the fun. The beaches are very calm, so a bit of beach play is certainly in order.
