Fitness Activities in the Florida Keys

All of the yummy restaurants and cocktail bars means a few extra calories, something to be aware of during Lower Florida Keys Vacation. Keep your fitness routines going using all of the area's local parks. This one is on Stock Island, a nice place to bicycle to from Key West and back. Us bicycle enthusiasts need a target. The park itself is used by locals and gets busy late in the day, after the work hours.

Places for Children to Enjoy Outdoor Play in Key West
This park is a secret to most, unless you live local. We have a couple of really good restaurants on Stock Island: Hogfish Bar & Grill and Fishbusterz Shrimp Shack.

Things to See on Stock Island
We love Stock Island, which has all sorts of cool spots to see. It is very busy and has Key West Golf Course, the Community College, the Williams Center for the Performing Arts, and the Botanical Gardens as the main attractions. For watersports, go with the cool kayak rides. Wow, what fun.
