One Fine Spot for Sunset Music
Right at the edge of the big daily sunset celebration is the coolest bar on the island. They have traditionally featured the Caribe Salsa Band of Key West, a very popular band indeed. Expect a lively crowd that flows with the music. You can eat inside or out, and the overflow of people gathers close to the bar and dance floor to fully soak in the tunes.

Key West Plantain Recipes on the Menu
You can enjoy the classic plantain at this restaurant. They are one of about a dozen that features plantain all over the menu. One of my favorites is Tostones with Chicken, yes it has plantain (Grilled chicken and home-fried plantain slices layered with sweet peppers, mushrooms, onions, jack cheese, tomato salsa). That is a winning Key West style dish.

The best Key West Cuban Menu
Food and music like no place in the Florida Keys. The food we like here are impressive. Start with the Ensalada de Aguacate (avocado salad). Choices get tougher, I like the following: Bistec de Pollo (grilled chicken steak), Arroz con Calamares (squid and rice), Ensalada de Tomate (tomato onion salad), Pan con Lechon Sandwich (shredded roast pork on cuban bread), Bistec de Calamar (grilled calamari steak), Bistec con Cebollas (steak and onions), and the Chuletas de Puerco (grilled pork chops),
