Wow is this a cool time which is loaded with special events. Here are a few examples: Jimmy Buffett Impersonator Contest, Queen Conch, Key Lime Pie Eating Contest, and tons of water-based extravaganzas. The venues are many of the local restaurants, bars, and beaches. Everyone loves the conch related events. My pick is the Conch Fritter Eating Contest!

One fine area for a Fishing Trip Do not miss the fishing docks, which are neat to see when they are cleaning the fish on the docks in the afternoon. It will get you inspired and you can be on the same boat the very next day. You luck will then not be an accident, since your fish bounty will be just about the same. You can meet and great the captains, and pick out the crew and boat you like best.
Key Largo Florida in April Let's go to Key Largo in April, so we can go when they have the Conch Republic celebration weekend. Plus, it will be warmer in April. Let's do a Spring vacation in Big Pine Key, in March.
