What kid of fish are caught in the Florida Keys?
Really enjoyed our time around the area on the water. We picked a boater friendly hotel (most hotels here have a boat ramp) and got to boat two days, the other days were just too windy. The ones we did catch were fun and the water is so clear: 1 Bonefish (One of the more entertaining fish to catch as they can be found in extremely shallow flats) 2 Permit (Defensive fish found in shallow flats and deeper structures) 3 Sheepshead (Tasty structure focused fish found around bridges and dock pilings) 4 Amberjack (Deep water species often smoked and used for fish dip) .

Being Legal in the Florida Keys
Having one of the length stickers on the side of your boat is really helpful. It makes it quick and easy to make sure your catch is legal.
