Exceptional Fishing Voyage on Fin Razer

What an impressive time out on the water. Now I have become a mahi-mahi fish recipe expert. It was so nice to fill up the freezer. One of the very best fish to eat is the Mahi-Mahi or Dolphin Fish. The captain knows his stuff and got us plenty of bites.

What is the best Florida Keys fish for eating?
Mahi Mahi (dolphin fish) make some really good eating. They are here in good numbers, making fishing finding relatively easy. Catch enough for a great supper and freeze the rest. Reef action is bountiful and part of what makes it so special, even the newbies and kids will stay interested for a trip of fishing aboard on the water. We feature it often at our Morada Bay Restaurant as the fresh catch of the day.

Florida Keys Mahi Recipe
Use your favorite fish marinate, try for an hour or longer. Place the key largo mahi-mahi steaks on the bbq grill for the best flavor. Cook to desired color and temperature, flipping only once if possible. Remember to add/brush more marinate after flipping.
