We lucked in and were in town during this month's party under the moon. Checkout the very cool video shot during the bash. What fun for a little island to have. It is a big deal here as the full moon means an excuse to have a cool party.

Entrance Fee for the Full Moon Festival FYI, we will not be in Islamorada for the full moon party. The party is Jun 2. We will be there Jun 11, just to let you know. Plus, it is $15 per person to attend the party.

Morada Bay Conch Fritter Ingredients You can get some really good Conch Fritter here at the bayside restaurant. They tell you the exact list of ingredients, you just have to put the amount you want of each individual item. Love those with very cold beer. Here are the conch fritter ingredients: One of the most important parts is the Red Hot Sauce (dipping sauce) - Milk - Parsley (dice chopped) - Green Pepper (finely chopped) - Ground Florida Keys Conch (fresh or frozen) - Flour - Red Pepper Flakes - Eggs (beaten) - Onions (thinly sliced) - Key Lime Juice - Black Pepper - Garlic cloves (minced) - and just a little bit of Baking Powder.

Go with the Island Rum Rummer We were next door at the Fish Hut and some people at the bar were telling us about it. So we walked over (the parking lots are next to each other and there is a small walk path) and really had a blast.
