What an excellent area to get out and explore the water. The beach itself does not typically get overcrowded and there is plenty of room for your towel and chairs. This is also one of the better areas for bicycle riding and there is plenty to see on your tour. The key West Garden club is located right next to the beach, also known as the West Martello Museum. Do check that out as well, an excellent Key West Historic Attraction.

People are so busy on their vacations to Key West, often overlooked are the outstanding beach parks open to the public.

What to do First in Key West
It is fun to come here and begin enjoying the vacation by sitting under a palm tree at the beach. Oh, what sight to see. Wish it was me. Be sure to pack your beach towel and plenty of sunscreen for a wonderful getaway day.
