Touring Key West on bicycles is a really fun way to see it, but you see the detail when walking. All of the historic places are so cool to look at and learn. I try to do a bunch of extra reading and homework before I come down on our trips.

My top pick is the Seaport Great seaport, that is one of the top venues for fun, shopping, and watersports. The Tortuga Party boat is a nice half day adventure, which also provides a break from all the walking.
