We are gearing up again for the coolest event going on for us artists, The Key West Craft Show! Yeah-Yeah, it is huge and loaded with food, live music, zany creations, and cocktail specials. Party play is between Whitehead and Caroline Streets here in our Old Town Key West. It would be nice if you would add a website link for people to get more info about the Key West Craft Show.
One of the questions we get so much is where to find some off beat places to see around the Island. Here are a few places that we like. Simonton Street Beach • Eco-Discovery Center • Zachary Taylor Park • Little Hamaca Park • Higgs Beach Pier • Marine Park • Butterfly Nature Center • Astro Park Playground • BBQ Picnic Park • Rest Beach Park • Fort Jefferson • White Street Park • Martello Pathway • and Vernon Street Beach. All of these are very nice, and family friendly.
Over the years, we have tried them all and I think the food at the Hard Rock Cafe is just excellent. It is close to the Heron House and the type of place where you get good food, cocktails, and sweet views of the Duval Crawl. The focus is on the classic dishes that cover it all, so everyone in the family will have a big smile! The seating on the patio is prime. What's hot on the menu?
