This is the top pick for a nicely priced breakfast omelet done right. Expect a Key West breakfast on the upscale side but with that flip flop style. The patio is lovely, all done nice and elegant with the white picket fencing. So good is the vegetable and ricotta omelet with tomatoes, sauteed onions, broccoli and ricotta. The red omelet is filled with cheddar cheese and a chunky sauce of tomatoes and red Peppers, then topped with sour cream and chives. We love eating with a special little vibe.
When you think about the keys, most people do not think about old fashioned fried chicken. There is no better place at all to get fried chicken than right here, and you get three pieces served with mashed potatoes and crunchy cabbage cole slaw. My grandmother would be very happy and proud of their fried chicken recipe. Another way to go for a good lunch pick that will satisfy just about everyone is the one great simple burger. After all the walking and Bicycle Riding a good burger is always something on my mind. The restaurant does a good job with their charbroiled hamburgers and I Highly Recommend It with arugula, sliced tomato and the House Cut French Fries. I kind of wish the size of the restaurant was twice as big because I believe it would always have a full house for the main breakfast, lunch, and dinner times when people are out looking for something special. On my next trip I'm going to go for the shrimp salad and will report back my findings.
