Certainly the seafood is the king crab here, what a long and excellent history this restaurant has. Oh yes, my pick is the Grilled Shrimp. Half prices beers at happy hour packs them in. I have to hype up the Cobb Salad too.
You cannot bet the florida keys for food. It is the spot for all the local fish varieties: snapper, dolphin fish, lobster, crab cakes and shrimp.
One good place to eat, and not far down from the Marriott Key Largo. We stayed there and really liked the Southern Conch-style food, mostly focused on interesting ways to cook seafood. The restaurant is very casual, and you can drink beer and eat fish! The coconut shrimp is great too.
A nice pick for seafood, located in the middle of town. Has a nice and cozy atmosphere and plenty of cocktails on the menu too! You have to try the chowder and the stone crab.
Looking at the menu I noticed the happy hour deal they have going. Half price on all the drinks at the bar area of the restaurant. Yes, 50% off domestic beers. I found the meatloaf leftovers in the freezer! Lion King Kitty is back on the good list! Tell him Florida Travel Commander messed up, and we will go here again plus the Mindful Mermaid cafe!
Go with the Sushi Roll Combination. The mix gets you one roll each of tuna, cucumber, salmon, and the florida keys roll. Another one is the Islamorada Tuna Poki Roll. Yes, fresh tuna marinated and served with red onions, sesame seeds, daikon sprouts, hot sauce, and green onions.
